Jarek Taylor out of Alabama is one of those guys to keep the eyes on. He was at the recent football camp and the staff took notice. Taylor was one of around five guys that were pulled to the side for some one-on-one time with the coaches and doing some drills. When the coaches pull you aside at these camps it means they are complimenting your skills, so that is a big deal for any recruit.
The trip to Lexington was the first one for Taylor and he told Justine Rowland - of CatsIllustrated, that it was enjoyable.
"It was my first time in Lexington and my first time at Kentucky," Taylor said. "I enjoyed it a lot. I got a lot of good coaching from coach (Derrick) Ansley. I learned a lot of different things. There was definitely some good competition. I didn't have any passes completed on me in the one-on-ones. At the end of the camp coach Ansley had me and four or five other guys, potential offer guys, working out. I think some of them already had offers. He put us in a different group and showed us more on hips and backpedal."
